About Us
Medical Group Victoria Pty Ltd is a boutique sized group. We value our working relationship with clients and are committed to providing an efficient, knowledgeable and compliant service for all those we engage with.
Our personnel have many years experience working in healthcare. We engage with other external professional entities to assist clients, as and when required.

We are located at the Royal Domain Corporate Building at 370 St. Kilda Road Melbourne (opposite the Shrine of Remembrance). The address is accessible by trams in St Kilda Road (numbers 3, 5, 6, 16, 64, 67, 72) or Park/Wells Street (number 58). On-street car parking is available within the general locale.
The ANZAC train station (within easy walking distance of 370 St Kilda Road) remains under construction (due to open some time in 2025).
The rooms are accessed via the ground floor of 370 St. Kilda Road (three lifts available). Ramp availability is at the rear of the building. There are public toilet-conveniences on each floor within the building. Accessible-toilet conveniences are on the ground floor only. There are multiple eateries available for enjoyment within a short walk of our location.

Professional Services
General Information
Privacy Policy:
Medical Group Victoria's personnel are compliant with Australia's Privacy Act/Principles. Any information or documentation received from clients is securely stored within a password protected database and accessible by MGV personnel only. A daily system backup is also undertaken. Information is not shared with another party unless specifically requested by a client.
With respect to patients attending Medical Group Victoria to consult with a visiting clinician, our personnel do not have access to clinicians' records. Visiting clinicians do supply a clinic list (and which contains patient-names and telephone numbers) and for the purposes of their individual clinic session within the rooms. The appointment list is securely destroyed at the end of each clinic.

Complaints Policy:
Enquiries or complaints relating to Medical Group Victoria and the services provided (e.g. management services, sessional rooms leasing, rooms facilities, on-site personnel) should be forwarded to contact@medicalgroupvictoria.com and addressed to 'the manager'.
Any concerns in relation to a patient's experience with a visiting clinician and seen within Medical Group Victoria, are to be forwarded directly to the clinician.
